All FYP students are required to upload files using the makssubmission account.

The committee will resolve your issue as soon as possible.

Once verified, please upload the following file. Make sure you choose the correct items for your program.

For final evaluation of FYP,

FYP 1 students are required to submit (before presentation day):

1. Draft of thesis (in pdf).

FYP 2 students are required to submit (before presentation day):

1. Draft report according to UTM thesis/report format (in pdf).
2. Technical paper according to the format of "Jurnal Mekanikal" (in MS Word).

After the presentation, students will receive comments from evaluators and supervisors. Please correct your E-report. The corrected E-report should be reviewed by the supervisor. After the supervisor signs the E-report, students are required to upload all the documents below.

1. E-report * (in pdf).
2. E-report declaration (embeded on the last page of your e-report) * (in pdf).
3. Synopsis * (in MS Word)

* These documents can be uploaded after the presentation day. Signature of supervisor is required.
